PATIALA, PUNJAB - A GREAT PLACE (My Hometown)

Patiala, Punjab - A Great Place (My Hometown)

Patiala is my hometown. It is a small town in Punjab known as "City of Palaces" which is mostly famous for rich Punjabi heritage, Patiala shahi pagdi (turban), paranda (braid accessory for females), Patiala Peg (a large measure of whiskey), Punjabi Jutti (traditional footwear for females), and Phulkari (traditional handwoven dupatta).

1. Cultural and Traditional Items: Patiala shahi pagri, paranda, and traditional punjabi jutti.

2. The Patiala Peg: A large 90ml or more measure of whiskey, symbolizing the city's large-hearted, and royal demeanor.
